Job summary

RedCap Staffing is seeking a warehouse associate to support stock handling, order fulfillment, packing and shipping within a fast-paced facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

You will receive and process incoming stock, pick and fill orders, and organize storage areas. Depending on workflow, you may operate forklifts to move materials between loading docks and storage zones.

Responsibilities and Duties

Depending on the industry warehouse workers perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. They operate powered industrial trucks or forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, trucks or storage facilities.
