Job summary

Nouryon is seeking a dedicated Utility Worker to support our production and logistics operations in Chattanooga, TN. You will handle containers, move materials with a forklift, and help load and unload trucks and railcars.

You will also perform cleaning tasks as needed and assist with labeling and preparing shipments, contributing to safe, efficient site operations in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, reading, computer, and communication skills
• Commitment to health, safety, environment, security, and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Employee must be able to work in plant environments
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Responsibilities

• Prepares, fills, and warehouses containers of product both incoming and outgoing.
• Drives fork truck when necessary.
• Loads and unloads trucks and railcars.
• Performs janitorial work when necessary.
• Assembles, marks, and labels containers for shipment
