Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a WH Utility to learn all outbound warehouse positions and assist wherever needed, especially in shipping and receiving. You will move materials and equipment using pickers and forklift trucks, and you may fill in for other roles as required.

The position emphasizes multitasking, a customer-service focus in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility to adapt to changing duties. A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, equipment and supplies using picker/forklift trucks.
• Fill in for other warehouse roles as needed (pickers, packers, loaders, shipping/receiving).
• Review work orders and schedules to determine required operations.
• Monitor cargo area, secure loads for shipment.
• Label materials for shipments and restock packaging supplies.
• Repackage products/orders as needed.
• Ensure material moving equipment is in good condition; report issues.
• Maintain clean work areas and facility as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
