Job summary

HP Hood in Concord, NH is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to support warehouse operations. You will accurately pick, stage, rotate, and load inventory using wireless headset systems, following FIFO and safety standards.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work a Sunday-Saturday schedule with overtime as needed. You will perform vehicle and trailer safety checks, unload and wash equipment, maintain clean facilities, and assist with yard movement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent hand/foot-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Good basic math and reading skills.
• Good oral communication and human relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick, and send inventory using wireless headset.
• Rotate product via FIFO methods to maintain flow.
• Push/pull milk cases and load trucks per instructions.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment in trucks and yard.
• Unload trucks with hook or pallet jack and wash trailers.
