Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking a Warehouse Utility on the first shift in Monroe, Wisconsin. You will support production and shipping, operating forklift and related equipment to move products safely and efficiently.

No prior experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing and walking, and strict adherence to safety procedures. Reliable attendance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Capable of using hands for handling and feeling objects, with good visual acuity.
• Must be able to work on-site; reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts are mandatory.

• Review job travelers to determine items to be transferred to and from production.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper identification and labeling.
• Operate forklift and auxiliary equipment to move products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials, handling boxes or skids as directed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with safety protocols.
• Participate in team and individual training sessions.
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
• Assist with inventory and stock handling duties as needed.
• Support ongoing process improvements and workflow efficiency initiatives.

Warehouse Utility Wage: $18.50 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm

Requirements
