Job summary

Primo Brands, based in Houston, TX, is seeking a Warehouse/Yard role to move trailers, operate a forklift, and coordinate shipping/receiving in a busy environment. Strong driving record and 2+ years yard experience are essential. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime and weekends as needed.

Compensation is $29.69 per hour with a schedule of Mon-Fri, 7:00am-5:00pm. Comprehensive benefits include medical, retirement, stock plan options, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Previous Yard driving experience.
• Forklift Operation experience.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior warehouse experience.
• Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred.
• Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed.
• Ability to operate Industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment.
• Daily yard checks to track/confirm trailer spots.
• Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment.
• Dock Coordinator duties as needed.
• Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities.
• Prioritize and organize workload using software, communication, and time management skills.
• Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks and drive operational results.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
