Valley Cooperative Association (VCA) is seeking a Warehouse Utility to rotate through multiple warehouse functions, including forklift operation, putaways, picking, loading, receiving, and more. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to learn diverse skills and contribute to team success across Wisconsin and beyond.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate multiple types of warehouse equipment (PE, RR, SC Forklift, Scissor Lift).
• Flexibility to perform a wide range of warehouse duties (putaways, replenishment, picking, loading/unloading, receiving, etc.).
• Physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally, with frequent walking, standing, bending, and use of hands.
• Ability to work in cold environments (as low as -10°F) and typical warehouse conditions (noise, confined spaces, slippery surfaces).
• Dependability with consistent attendance and willingness to support the team where needed.

Schedule

• One opening, Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm
