RTC is hiring for a warehouse associate in Romeoville, IL. The role involves loading and unloading floor loaded containers, packaging products for movement, and assisting QA with pallet transfers and returns. You will follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area in a union setting.

Qualifications

• Bend, lift, reach and twist repetitively.
• Able to lift 50 lbs throughout the day.
• Fluent in English, read basic English instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Must be a team player with a sense of urgency.
• Flexibility with start/end times and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and sort floor loaded containers.
• Package product for movement throughout warehouse.
• Read and comprehend written instructions and packing lists.
• Assist QA with pallet transfers and loading/unloading storage trailers.
• Assist QA with unloading returns.
• Ensure pallets are available for unloading.
• Work safely, follow all safety rules and report hazards.
• Keep work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
