Job summary

Freight Handlers is hiring for a 1st shift in Rochester, NY. You will unload trailers, break down and restack pallets, and move 25–80 lb loads using powered equipment as needed.

We offer weekly pay, full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k). Growth opportunities, paid time off and referral bonuses are available. Shift starts at 4:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with possible weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic math and attention to detail are required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and break down pallets.
• Operate forklifts and powered pallet jacks (training provided).
• Break down and restack pallets; handle 25–80 lb loads.
• Follow safety guidelines in a warehouse with varying temperatures (-20°F to 110°F).
