Job summary

GEODIS in Edwardsville, IL seeks a training specialist to deliver forklift, safety, and Pit B programs across shifts. You will coordinate weekly safety orientations, assess training impact, and advise leadership on program go/no-go decisions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct forklift, safety, and Pit B training programs for employees.
• Conduct scheduled training for all functions in the account for all shifts.
• Arrange and oversee weekly orientation sessions in basic safety training for new employees.
• Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure employees meet strategic goals and achieve results.
• Make recommendations to the managers for go or no go into the account.
