Tellworks Logistics in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Training Program Manager to develop and implement training programs with a focus on warehouse operational excellence. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and influence at all levels to drive organizational change.

You will collaborate with management to identify needs, develop curricula, and maintain training documentation, while staying current on modern training methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant professional certifications.
• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Experience in workplace training or communications.
• Ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with LMS and e-learning.

Responsabilités

• Identify training requirements and develop course materials, maintaining a central repository for training documentation.
• Lead new employee orientation and onboarding, ensuring thorough training on policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and lead training programs, conducting sessions as required.
• Develop objective measurements of training program effectiveness and gather feedback for improvement.
• Stay current on training methods and integrate knowledge into future sessions.
• Recommend training materials and maintain in-house training equipment and facilities.
• Drive change and improvement through training and development initiatives.
