Job summary

ODW Logistics, a leading 3PL, is seeking a Training & Development Manager to design and deliver standardized hourly warehouse orientation and training programs across all facilities. You will ensure new and existing team members have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to perform safely, efficiently, and consistently, driving performance and retention.

Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR leaders to define training requirements by role, site, shift, and process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, human resources, continuous improvement, supply chain or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of proven education and training experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years of proven management experience.
• Experience building or standardizing training materials, checklists, SOPs, learning paths, or onboarding programs across multiple sites preferred.
• Adaptable and comfortable spending time on the warehouse floor to understand work processes and training needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, organize, and manage a curriculum of standard training programs that support hourly onboarding and on-the-job skill development.
• Ensure training programs are compliant with legal requirements and promote positive engagement across all sites.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to define training requirements by role, site, shift, and process.
• Collaborate with Operations and Division Leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
• Develop instructional design of training materials and ancillary documents used during training delivery.
