Job summary

Humano is hiring two experienced Warehouse Trainers for our partner KeHE at their distribution center in Chino, California. This temp-to-hire role pays $26.00/hour for your experience, coaching new and current associates on selecting methods, pace and time management to hit goals safely.

The role offers 4 x 10-hour shifts Sunday to Wednesday starting at 12 PM, with daily pay options through Humano and a clear path to permanent KeHE employment within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience with order selecting and EPJ operation.
• Strong communicator who can explain things clearly and patiently.
• Mentor at heart who is genuinely helpful and invested in others’ success.
• Availability Sunday to Wednesday starting at 12 PM with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Train new associates on order selecting methods and EPJ operation.
• Coach associates on pace, accuracy and time management to help them reach productivity goals.
• Watch associates on the floor, identify bottlenecks, and help fix them.
• Give clear, encouraging feedback and follow up on progress.
• Show the right way to build pallets and follow safety procedures.
• Work with site leadership to track trainees’ progress and flag concerns early.

If you know order selecting inside and out and like helping other people succeed, this role pays $26.00/hour for your experience. You’ll coach new and current associates on selecting methods, pace and time management so the whole team hits its goals safely. This temp-to-hire role can convert to permanent KeHE employment within 90 days.

Schedule

• 4 x 10-hour shifts, Sunday to Wednesday, starting at 12 PM
• 3 days off every week

Pay

• $26.00 per hour

• Coach associates on pace, accuracy and time management to help them reach productivity goals
• Watch associates on the floor, find what’s slowing them down, and help fix it
• Give clear, encouraging feedback and follow up on progress
• Show the right way to build pallets and follow safety procedures
• Work with site leadership to track how trainees are progressing and flag concerns early
