Job summary

Manufacturing Inc in Springfield, MA is seeking an Entry Level Warehouse Trainee for a full-time daytime role (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) at $16.00/hr. You will learn hands-on warehouse skills while supporting day-to-day operations alongside our quality inspector staff.

No prior experience required; paid on-the-job training will cover picking, packing, inventory updates, and assisting with shipments. POS familiarity is a plus as you grow.

Qualifications

• Experience in order packing or as a cashier is welcomed.
• Prior background as production operator, delivery driver, order packer, or machine operator in a warehouse/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (30–45 lbs) daily.
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick items for orders accurately and on time as an order packer.
• Pack items for shipment and assist with warehouse setup.
• Inspect products upon arrival to ensure quality standards.
• Update inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Receive items into the warehouse management system.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries with the delivery driver team.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate on process improvements with the team.
