Job summary

McKinstry in Spokane, WA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily tool room operations, shipping/receiving, and maintenance within the Supply Chain Operations division.

The role emphasizes budget control, asset management, and ensuring OSHA compliance while developing the logistics team. The pay range is $75,870 to $128,900 per year, with a bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and five years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, mechanical engineering or construction management or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Five years of previous supervisory and warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee controllable expenses at or below the current budget.
• Oversees the acquisition, utilization, cost control, and functional condition of tools and equipment.
• Manages equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and fleet maintenance.
• Orchestrates timely pick-ups and deliveries of tooling, materials, shop fabrication and major equipment.
• Manages jobsite and shop needs through communications with purchasing, vendors, foremen, and operations personnel.
• Maintains inventory levels of tools and materials to support shop and field production.
• Monitors shipping and receiving activities and material returns.
• Compiles and analyzes data for asset/inventory accounts and labor budgets.
• Manages the HazMat program and DOT compliance.
• Oversees year-end inventory process, preparations and reporting.
