Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse associate to load/unload tires and auto parts, stock shelves, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, working at heights, and willingness to overtime. We offer competitive wages starting at $18/hr, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits. Training and safety are emphasized for all team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a warehouse using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store items and support inventory control.
• Lift 50–80 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds as needed; team lifts for heavy tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment; maintain safety standards.
• Be on the move and stand for extended periods; overtime may be required.
• Support other departments like ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
