Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Facility Warehouser in Lithia Springs, GA for a full-time, 1st shift role focused on shipping, receiving and inventory control. You will support general administrative tasks and work with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position offers hourly pay of $16.00-$20.00 and involves operating heavy machinery, lifting up to 100 lbs, and coordinating with team members to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Check incoming merchandise against bills of lading and invoice for accuracy
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Ensure that the stockroom is organized
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety, loss prevention, and security
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
