Job summary

PSC Group in Texas is hiring Warehouse Technicians for a full-time entry-level position. You will operate forklifts, load and secure products, inspect containers, and complete paperwork.

This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a company that serves the petrochemical logistics industry. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn; on-site work schedule Monday through Friday with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience not required; paid on-the-job training available.
• May require a valid Driver’s License or TWIC card depending on location.
• 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
• Must wear PPE and pass medical exams.
• Fluent English (read, write, speak).
• On-site attendance and punctuality required.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Loads products into containers or trailers with proper securement
• Inspects containers for damage and performs quality control
• Completes paperwork and labeling accurately
• Feeds correct material into the extruder hopper
• Sets extruder controls for correct melting temperature
• Adjusts extruder settings to ensure correct product dimensions
• Keeps a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Performs other duties to support warehouse operations
