Position Summary

This role overseas daily operation and ensures efficient handling of solar panel and e-waste recycling operations, and client-facing project execution. The Site Manager will drive operational excellence, manages on‑site teams, and builds strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with company procedures and service offering standards.
• Coordinate logistics and execution of solar panel and e-waste recycling services, IT asset disposition (ITAD), and potential data center operations.
• Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.
• Supervise and train on‑site staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs aligned with operational demands.
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for customers, maintaining clear communication and strong client relationships.
• Participate in customer meetings and proactively support service escalations and issue resolution.
• Enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and data security standards, particularly within recycling and secure disposal workflows.
