Job summary

Location: Nampa, ID

Wage: $19.50 to 22.50 per hour DOE

The Opportunity:

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for maintaining required inventory levels ensuring specifications, quantity and quality of orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses; maintaining an organized warehouse layout; processes purchase orders; load outgoing freight; unload incoming freight; maintains records; and manages all returns. Position requires work inside as well as outside, including working in inclement weather.

Responsibilities:
  • Operates warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and effectively.
  • Deliver products to customers as needed with company pick-up truck.
  • Ensure customer orders are correct and assists customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintains a viable relationship with truck drivers and customers to ensure needs are always met.
  • Safely lifts, pushes, pulls, and lowers up to 450 lbs. barrels of lubricants numerous times daily.
  • Maintains quantities of bulk oil and notifying supervisor of any discrepancies.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements:
  • Ability to use required PPE.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Must be able to obtain Forklift certification with 3 months.
  • Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situation.
