Job summary

Groundworks in Montana seeks a Warehouse Technician to support field teams by organizing materials, tools and equipment and ensuring readiness for each job. You will oversee receiving, storage and staging, while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy.

Key responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment, maintaining cleanliness and security, and coordinating with production. Growth potential and employee ownership are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA and forklift operations preferred.
• Understanding of structural foundations and waterproofing is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as needed.
• Proficient with computers, tablets and software.

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Keeps warehouse secured at all times.
• Assists with maintaining inventory of products in the warehouse.
• Receives materials, unloads trucks, handles materials, breaks down pallets, and organizes materials.
• Organizes inventory area and tool room in the warehouse per best practices.
• Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles issues expeditiously and follows through to completion.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Overtime may be required.
• Regularly reports to work on time.
• All other duties assigned.
