Pentair is seeking a Temp to Perm Warehouse Technician (Freight Shipping Processor) for 1st shift in Apopka, FL. You will coordinate and process outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents, verify orders, and maintain inventory and shipment records to support efficient distribution operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in shipping/logistics, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail. SAP experience is preferred; occasional overtime may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and communicate shipment status with transportation providers.
• Perform system transactions related to shipping, staging, loading, and inventory movement.
• Follow established standard operating procedures, quality requirements, and safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

We have an opportunity for a Temp to Perm Warehouse Technician (Freight Shipping Processor) to join our Apopka, FL team. You will be responsible for coordinating and processing outbound shipments to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. This position prepares shipping documentation, verifies order accuracy, coordinates transportation activities, and maintains inventory and shipment records within company systems. The Shipping Processor works closely with warehouse personnel, carriers, customer service, and production teams to support efficient distribution operations.

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements: frequent standing, walking, bending, keeling, and reaching, regular lifting up to 50 lbs.

Position Shift/Hours

1st shift: 5:30am- 3:30pm Monday - Friday Occasional Overtime, as required

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $17.50/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
