Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Garland, TX is seeking a warehouse operator to safely operate forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas. You will load outgoing shipments to trailers and maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment with a 2nd shift from 10:00am to 6:30pm, plus a $0.50 per hour shift differential.

Performance-based bonus eligibility applies.

Job description

This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position is accountable for the safe operation of industrial material handling equipment including forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, and/or hand trucks to move raw materials and finished goods into and throughout the warehouse and production areas, and loads outgoing shipments to trailers for delivery to our customers or warehouses. This position performs various tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Schedule: 2nd Shift: 10:00am to 6:30pm

Shift Differential $0.50per hour

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.
