Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and equipment operation in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: pick and pack orders with high accuracy and quality packaging.
• Shipping & Logistics: prepare outbound shipments, palletize, weigh, and label (UPS/FedEx/LTL).
• Equipment Operation: safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move heavy items.
• Safety & Organization: maintain audit-ready workspace and report hazards.

Inventory Control:Independently manage the placement of materials in designated storage zones. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in reconciling inventory variances to ensure 100% stock accuracy.

Order Fulfillment:Execute complex picking and packing tasks with high precision. Ensure all orders meet quality packaging standards.

Shipping & Logistics:Coordinate the preparation of outbound shipments, including palletization, weighing, and creating shipping labels (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or LTL).

Qualifications

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Preferred Skills

Current or prior Forklift Certification (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Sit-down).

Experience with "Lean" or "5S" workplace organization methodologies.

First Aid or CPR certification.
