Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Warehouse Technician role based in La Vergne, TN. The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming audio visual equipment and materials, ensuring all items are accurately logged and stored. Day-to-day duties include packing and preparing outbound shipments, staging gear for events, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with material handling to support project timelines. The role involves operating warehouse equipment as applicable, following safety procedures, and collaborating with operations and event teams to ensure equipment is ready and available for deployments. The Warehouse Technician helps keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and efficient, contributing to reliable support for events across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Shipping & Receiving, including verifying orders, processing documentation, and coordinating pickups and deliveries.
• Proficiency in Packing and Unloading, with attention to safe handling of sensitive audio visual equipment.
• Skills in Inventory Control and Material Handling, including use of inventory systems and proper storage methods.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts where licensed).
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and event production teams.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or event production environment is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
