Job summary

UniversalServices is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support field operations with inventory accuracy, material organization, and timely movement of construction products. You will perform hands-on work including loading/unloading, forklift/ skidsteer operation, and cycle counts.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over the workspace, with standard full-time hours and indoor/outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Experience operating forklifts, skidsteers, or similar equipment.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs and carry 30–40 lbs frequently.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventory levels and update as needed.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Prepare materials for jobsite deliveries and organize outgoing shipments.
• Package finished products for delivery and verify orders for accuracy.
