Job summary

LINX is seeking a Warehouse Technician in Denver, CO to handle inbound freight, stock materials, and support warehouse operations. You will validate shipments, report damages, and coordinate with procurement and the receiving team.

The role requires familiarity with warehouse equipment, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork. On-site position with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Communication with Project Managers on incoming material and reporting missing/damaged product
• Read and write routine reports and correspondence
• Speak effectively with all levels of the organization
• Maintain professional relationships via phone, email and written correspondence
• Apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions
• Input information accurately into the Warehouse Management System and maintain files
• Lift 5 to 50 lbs
• Wrap pallets and stack material securely
• Keep job material organized on shelves and pallets
• Be a team player
• High School or equivalent education

Responsibilities

• Validate all inbound loads and ensure they meet acceptance requirements (Bill of Ladings with piece counts)
• Note damages on the Bill of Lading and report to procurement and supervisor
• Communicate with receiving team
• Receive Freight and Parcel in and out in a timely manner (24 hours)
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklifts or other)
• Perform other duties as needed by the business

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Required to validate all inbound loads and ensure they meet acceptance requirements. This includes validating Bill of Ladings with piece counts.
• Note all damages on the Bill of Lading and report them to procurement and Supervisor.
• Communication with the receiving team.
• Receive Freight and Parcel in and out in a timely manner. (24 hours)
• Must be familiar with and/or learn to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack/forklifts or other heavy equipment)
• Other duties assigned as business necessitates.

Minimum Requirements

• Able to communicate with Project Managers on incoming material as well as notify procurement on missing/damaged product.
• Read and write routine reports and correspondence.
• Speak effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Maintain a professional relationship in phone, email, and written correspondence with individuals within and outside of the company.
• Apply common sense of understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Accurately input information into our Warehouse Management System and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Able to lift 5 to 50lbs
• Able to Wrap pallets and appropriately stack material on them
• Able to keep job material together on shelves and pallet locations.
• Able to be a team player
• High School or equivalent education.

Preferred Experience (not Required)

• Preferred one-year experience working within warehousing distribution industry.
• Experience in MS Office, Outlook, Word & Excel is a plus or able to learn software for data entry and report usage.
• Forklift Experience is a Plus.

Pay Rate

$23.00 - $26.00/hour
