Job summary

Numotion in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to maintain a clean, organized warehouse and manage inventory. This role includes receiving shipments, staging, put-away, fleet equipment care, and accurate reporting of inventory transactions.

Key duties involve tagging, labeling, and storing items, managing returns, completing OS inventory, and upholding Numotion standards. Strong organizational skills and basic computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive all purchase orders and validate against packing slip within 24 hours.
• Ensure all items within warehouse are tagged, labeled, and stored properly.
• Timely management of return authorizations (request, return, and reporting).
• Complete inventory transactions within Operating System.
• Clean and organize warehouse to Numotion standards.
• Waste management – break down of boxes, removing pallets, etc.
• Sanitize and maintain fleet (rental, demo, loaner) equipment.
• Provide guidance on proper inventory control procedures within the warehouse.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
• Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times.
• Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
