Maxliner is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse operations, including item prep for shipping, inventory control, equipment assembly, and testing assistance. The role emphasizes safety and a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling shipments, labeling materials, testing equipment, and assisting with demos and SDS-compliant chemical handling. This is a full-time position with flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: GED/High School Diploma and 3 months on-the-job training.
• Tow Motor Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Prep orders for shipping and prepare labels/Bill of Lading as needed.
• Measure, inspect and label lining materials.
• Test new equipment.
• Verify incoming shipments and report shortages.
• Maintain month-end inventory counts and inventory spreadsheet.
• Assist Technical Manager with in-house demos/testing.
• Re-pack chemicals into smaller containers following SDS safety rules.
• Follow safety policies and keep workspace clean.
• Complete assigned duties and related tasks.

About the role

The Warehouse Technician supports warehouse operations through order preparation, inventory management, equipment assembly, and product testing assistance. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, maintaining a clean workspace, and flexibility to support various operational needs.

What you'll do

• Prep orders for shipping including Labels and Bill of Lading when necessary.
• Measure, Inspect and label Lining Materials
• Test New Equipment
• Verifying incoming shipments and report to Supervisor any shortages.
• Responsible for month end inventory count as well as Inventory Spreadsheet
• Assist Technical Manager in house demos/testing.
• Re-package chemicals to smaller containers, using safety precautions described in the SDS sheets.
• Work in a safe manner at all times by following the company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment by performing cleaning duties when required.
• Complete assigned duties.
• Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• GED/High School Diploma.
• Satisfactorily complete 3 months on-the-job training.

Licensure/Certification:

• Tow Motor Certification

Typical Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day, including prolonged standing or sitting. Some bending, stooping, stretching, and twisting is required.
• Requires full range of motion including eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
• Must possess basic math skills.
• Able to wear required PPE, i.e., hard hats, safety vest, work boots, and/or safety glasses/goggles while working as required by the job.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday and could include weekends, evenings and/or holidays - flexibility is required as job duties demand.
