Job summary

KIHOMAC in Byron, GA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform inventory picks with 100% traceability, conduct cycle counts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, and operate forklifts. You will also handle shipping/receiving and maintain a 5S safe, clean work environment while contributing to a productive, safe, and fun culture.

Requirements include a High School diploma; an Associate's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Associate's Degree preferred in management or technical/scientific discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the required task area.
• Material picking and kitting in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with regular cycle counting.
• Forklift operations.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Shipping and Receiving functions.
• Must be a US citizen.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear.

Physical Requirements

• Able to assess, install, and modify equipment, and inspect machinery
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, grasp and reach with hands and arms, handle and operate hand/power tools and machine controls
• Perform frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements
• Prolonged periods of standing while operating machinery
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, etc.) for the assigned task
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds at a time

Salary

The projected salary range for this position is $22 - $26 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, rather actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and applicable certifications or degrees held. Offered salary may fall outside of this range.
