Job summary

IES Residential Inc. is seeking a dependable Warehouse Technician to support daily warehouse operations, inventory, and material-handling tasks at our on-site facilities in Buda, TX.

The role emphasizes organization, safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with duties including receiving, stocking, and distributing materials; maintaining inventory records; and communicating needs to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational instructions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings, including background and motor vehicle record checks, where applicable.

• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
• This is an on-site, in-person position and is not remote or hybrid.
