Responsibilities

• Gather and dispose of cardboard, packing materials, wood and other waste from designated gaylords and bins.
• Clean flooring surfaces via vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Operate specialized equipment as needed, including augers, balers and waste compactors.
• Report irregularities to prevent losses and enforce policy.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the operation.
• Abide by Sizemore's and client's policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
