Job summary

Tasus Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to support shipping and manufacturing operations. You will maintain tote sorting areas for safety, handle pallets and totes, and ensure accurate location records using the scanning system.

You will work with warehouse teammates to keep products properly located, move pallets with forklifts or pallet jacks, and assist with packaging needs on the production floor. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate pallet jack, tow motor and forklift.
• Experience with scanning systems to record warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean tote sorting area for safety and order.
• Empty return trucks of pallets and racks in a timely manner.
• Clean totes using the tote cleaning machine and sort by size/part #.
• Stack pallets of totes in designated areas.
• Support packaging needs on the production floor and stock finished goods.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to keep products in correct locations.
• Operate and record activities with the scanning system.
• Demonstrate safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, dock plates, and tow motors.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships across the plant.

Job description

• This position will participate in warehouse/shipping operations and activities by maintaining a level of cleanliness or order for safety purposes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Maintains a clean tote sorting area for safety, cleanliness and order.
• Empties return trucks of pallets of empty totes and racks in an orderly and timely manner.
• Cleans totes using the tote cleaning machine and sorts by size and / or part #.
• Stacks like pallets of totes orderly and safely in their designated area.
• Maintains the production floor’s needs for packaging, and removes full packaging of finished goods for stocking in the warehouse
• Works with the warehouse associates to maintain products in proper locations
• Has mastered use of the scanning system to perform and record the warehouse duties described above, including production and location records
• Demonstrates the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, dock plates and tow motor
• Maintains cooperative and effective working relationships with others throughout the plant
