Job summary

24Restore in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Warehouse Tech to support our water and fire restoration operations. This hands-on role focuses on keeping equipment, materials, and the warehouse organized and ready for field teams, including delivering and picking up gear and assisting subcontractors.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with Project Managers, and help with emergency-response needs.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, load, and move 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Warehouse, restoration, construction, logistics, or equipment-handling experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with restoration equipment is a plus.
  • Basic mechanical or equipment-handling knowledge is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working in emergency-response environments.
  • Must be willing to work overtime when needed during large losses or emergency situations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and pick up restoration equipment and materials from job sites, vendors, and the warehouse.
  • Transport equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers, extraction equipment, containment materials, and other restoration supplies.
  • Load and unload equipment and materials safely.
  • Stage equipment and materials at job sites according to project needs.
  • Assist with basic equipment setup when needed.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Technicians regarding material and equipment needs.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and functional warehouse.
  • Perform routine inventory checks and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Track equipment and materials coming into and leaving the warehouse.
  • Verify equipment and materials being picked up and returned.
  • Ensure returned equipment is cleaned, inspected, and properly stored.
  • Identify and report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Make sure commonly needed materials and supplies are properly stocked.
  • Help identify inventory shortages before they become a problem.
  • Assist subcontractors with picking up and returning materials and equipment.
  • Verify materials and equipment being released from the warehouse.
  • Help subcontractors locate and obtain the materials needed for their work.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials and equipment being checked out and returned.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues to management.
  • Assist with vehicle loading and unloading.
  • Keep warehouse areas, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow company safety procedures and established warehouse processes.
  • Assist with emergency-response needs and large-loss projects when required.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Overtime Available

About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Tech to support our water and fire restoration operations.

This position is responsible for keeping equipment, materials, and the warehouse organized and ready for our field teams. You will also deliver and pick up equipment, prepare materials for jobs, assist subcontractors with warehouse needs, and maintain accurate inventory.

This is an important position within our operation. The right person needs to be someone who shows up, pays attention, follows instructions, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and gets the job done without constant supervision.

Key ResponsibilitiesField & Material Support

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, field-and-warehouse position.

The position requires frequent driving, lifting, bending, standing, loading, unloading, and moving equipment and materials.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Overtime is available and may be required during large losses, emergency response situations, or periods of increased workload.
