Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and receive incoming shipments and returns.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse and pick/pack orders per policy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate fulfillment.
• Handle shipping discrepancies and paperwork with supervision as needed.
• Load/unload trucks and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Inform supervisor of stock depletions or damaged merchandise.
