Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Teammate at our Conroe, TX location. You will count, verify, receive vendor shipments and returns, stock the warehouse, and pick, pack, and document orders with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse receiving and material handling experience, good attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with products at the Profit Center is a plus; forklift operation may be required.

A typical Profit Center is the heart of our business and consists of a warehouse, counter, sales office, and (sometimes) a showroom. Our PCs conduct business under unique trade names and offer a customized business approach, honoring what’s special about each local marketplace.

Moore Supply Co. is one of those trade names and is looking for a Warehouse Teammate at their Conroe, TX location.

Pay for Warehouse Teammate is between $18 and $22 per hour at this location.

About the Role:

You will:

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred
