Rh Showroom in Naples, FL is seeking a Warehouse Teammate to support order fulfillment, receiving, and shipping in a fast-paced environment. This position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer service.

You will count, verify, stock, pick and pack orders, operate a forklift, and collaborate with vendors and coworkers to ensure on-time, error-free shipments while upholding company safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count, verify, and receive incoming vendor shipments and customer returns.
• Stock, maintain, pick, document, and pack customer orders per policy.
• Maintain high attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle shipping discrepancies per procedures or escalate as needed.
• Identify nonstock, special-order, and damaged material; store properly.
• Prepare documentation for shipments delivered via third-party carriers.
• Load/unload trucks; operate forklift and other equipment safely.
• Report stock depletions, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise to supervisor.
• Maintain security and safety; keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Assist coworkers in servicing customers.
• Follow safety standards and complete required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

About the Role:

You will:

• Be responsible for counting, verifying, and receiving incoming vendor shipments and customer return material.
• Stock and maintain the warehouse; and pick, document, and pack customer orders in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
• Act with a high attention to detail to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all shipping discrepancies per procedures or forward appropriate paperwork to designated employee to handle.
• Identify nonstock, special-order material, and damaged material and store in proper warehouse locations.
• Complete necessary documentation for customer shipments delivered via third-party carrier.
• Load and unload trucks, operate warehouse forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Inform immediate supervisor of stock depletions, count discrepancies, or damaged/defective/nonsaleable merchandise that could impact customer service levels.
• Ensure security and controls are in place and upheld to protect Profit Center assets.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, order, and safety. Remove empty cartons, metal bands, pallets, and other debris. Inform immediate supervisor of safety issues.
• Assist co-workers in servicing customers.
• Perform all job functions in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

About You:

• 1 year warehouse receiving and material handling experience
• Knowledge of products sold at the Profit Center preferred
