Job summary

Sheetz is hiring for a Warehouse Team Member to help move cooler and freezer products safely and efficiently. You will unload trucks, receive and stage items, and support inventory accuracy while following safety procedures.

This role offers a base hourly wage of $23.00 per hour, plus performance bonuses and a robust package including 401(k) match, stock ownership, full benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Production, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing experience.
• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the shipment line flowing by picking unit items accurately and efficiently.
• Select full-case products for outbound pallets and stage them for loading.
• Receive, put away, and replenish items safely and accurately in reserve and forward pick locations.
• Handle inventory carefully to avoid damages and maintain product quality.
• Report obstacles to performance, accuracy, or safety to your manager or team lead.
• Complete logs such as production records, equipment inspections, and master cleaning schedules.
