Job summary

Gensco in Everett, WA is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to support day-to-day operations in our busy distribution center. You will handle shipments, assist customers, and work with a team to maintain accurate inventory.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and be comfortable working at heights. This full-time role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to assist Gensco customers and team members.
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally 75 pounds.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive in product shipments, unload, and put away products in warehouse bin location.
• Pick customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks.
• Provide excellent customer service to Gensco customers and fellow Team Members.
