Job summary

Ford Motor Company is hiring for hourly warehouse positions in its Customer Service Division. Responsibilities include stocking inventory, picking customer orders, and preparing shipments to customers using hand tools and scanners.

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work on any assigned schedule, change shifts periodically, work more than 8 hours per day and/or work overtime, while maintaining good attendance.
• Ability and willingness to learn and follow safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to perform manual labor, standing and walking much of the time, with use of hand or power tools.

Responsibilities

• Stock keeping and inventory maintenance.
• Pick customer orders and locate items in specified quantities.
• Prepare shipments of orders to customers and use hand tools or scanners as needed.
