Job summary

Peak Industrial Group in Clermont, Florida is seeking a dependable Warehouse Team Member to join our on-site team. You will support daily warehouse operations, pick and ship orders, receive inventory, and maintain accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

No prior warehouse experience is required, as we offer training and forklift certification. The ideal candidate works well with others, stays organized, and takes ownership of responsibilities while learning and growing with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift; training and certification are available.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending and performing physical warehouse work.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, wrap, label, and ship customer orders.
• Prepare orders for customer pickup and assist customers as needed.
• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming inventory.
• Complete inventory checks and cycle counts.
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting practices.
• Communicate and work effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Use basic computer programs, including Outlook, to receive orders and communicate shipment information.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay:

$18/hour + Performance Incentives.

Peak Industrial Group is looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team in Clermont, Florida.

This is a hands-on position supporting daily warehouse operations, including preparing customer orders, receiving inventory, maintaining accurate stock, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person, including forklift training and certification.

We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works well with others, takes ownership of their responsibilities, pays attention to detail, and is eager to learn and grow.

Working Environment

This position works primarily in a non-climate controlled warehouse with fans for air circulation. Employees will have on-site access to an air-conditioned office and breakroom.
