Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Team Leader for our DC in Lockbourne, OH. You will lead floor team activities, verify product status, and coordinate labor for shifts, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.

The role requires 1+ year warehouse experience, supervisory skills, and basic computer literacy. 2nd shift runs Tue–Fri, 10am–8:30pm with excellent benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year distribution warehouse experience including operation of reach truck, pallet jack, and forklift.
• Supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at work level.

Responsibilities

• Verify and record quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product; research out-of-stocks, shortages, and replenishment issues.
• Select, pull, sort, and stack product using power equipment or by hand.
• Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and remove shrink wrap from incoming orders.
• Coordinate warehouse labor (start of shift, vacation, sick calls).
• This position has additional duties; special projects may be assigned.
