Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee the shipping/receiving team, ensure daily productivity, maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces, and manage route dispatches to Havana clients.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced automotive parts environment, coaching employees, and diligent documentation of payments and deliveries. On-site work with strong teamwork and process improvement focus.

At Schomp, we encourage our team members to be their best, we celebrate our success, and we strive to exceed customer expectations.If you are looking for an amazing team of hard-working and fun individuals, apply now!ResponsibilitiesTeam Lead duties include:Oversee the shipping/receiving team and their productivityEnsure cleaning standards are followed and warehouse is maintained at all timesCreate a departmental schedule ensuring coverage to meet business needsInform management of team productivity and performance, including documented performance or behavior matters/concernsProvide regular coaching to employees, allow the opportunity for feedback, address poor behavior, and follow performance management standardsAudit zones, CODs, log payments in spreadsheets, ensure all parts and labels are accounted for, and communicate with sellers on issues.Ensure all parts are in the staging area before loading each route and ensure loading accuracy.Investigate, reconcile and report shortages, mispulled parts and/or damages.Audit SOP areas to ensure all SOP parts are received properly and received to the right invoices.Dispatch the drivers to their assigned Havana routes including Ford, Subaru, Hyundai and Mazda. Verify parts, research the system and verify delivery, confirm signed copies are on file, and audit the zone and confirm undelivered parts are scheduled for next delivery run.Collect all paperwork from the driver's route and verify the system accurately reflects the status as delivered.Confirm payment on delivery for all invoices.Follow up with drivers, wholesale team and Accounting to rectify any non payments.
