Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead for our Florence Township (NJ) Distribution Center. You will coordinate activities, train new teammates, and ensure safety and productivity standards are followed on every shift.

Key duties include producing daily production reports, using RF devices, and guiding team members in Receiving, Shipping and Quality Control while meeting established goals. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.
