Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required upon hire.
• Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train associates in daily warehouse tasks per SOPs.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Lead floor training for new hires and cross-training.
• Create, assign, and complete tasks using available technology.
• Print, train, and verify product tags, labels, and shipping labels.
• Prioritize and assign tasks to meet team goals.
• Communicate progress and issues with management.
• Maintain accurate inventory through transactions and cycle counts.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
