Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Brooks, KY site to train and guide warehouse staff in daily tasks and safety procedures. The role involves supporting order fulfillment, inventory control, and operational efficiency using RF devices and standard SOPs.

Flexibility to work overtime and a willingness to perform multiple duties, including equipment operation such as forklifts, will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of work experience.
• Ability to read product descriptions and shelf labels in English.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail are required.
• Good interpersonal, organizational and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train warehouse associates on duties, safety, and SOPs.
• Assist with order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns.
• Operate RF devices and forklifts as needed.
• Oversee shipping, inventory, and general operations.
• Coordinate workloads and suggest workflow efficiencies.
• Maintain inventory levels and utilize computer systems for reporting.
