Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexibility to work shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes productive relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training for new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and department requirements.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
