• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a functional working relationship with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers. Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures all department employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching.
