Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will train staff, maintain high standards of productivity, accuracy and customer service, and foster a collaborative, proactive environment across departments.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, coaching, and development plans. Monday–Friday schedule with shift from 7:30 am to 12:30 pm, requiring strong communication and a willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with strong communication and cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures employees receive orientation, training, materials and evaluations with proactive coaching.
• Upholds safety policies at all times.
