Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-minded team in Memphis, TN. The role supports regular and temporary staff, collaborates with Operations Supervisors, and helps meet productivity expectations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay is $22.00 per hour with a $0.50 shift differential. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM. Benefits include PTO, health and life insurance, 401K, and boot allowance after 90 days.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.

Aufgaben

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Executes & provides process & project visibility to Operations Supervisor.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (where applicable).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Read work orders or instructions to determine assignments.
